What IS pending status?

In the event a demonstrator is short on meeting the Stampin’ Up! $300 minimum sales to renew each quarter, they will be placed in pending status. Pending status is a one month opportunity to play “catch up” on sales from the previous quarter and continue discounts and benefits for the next quarter.

While in pending, demonstrators still receive all company mailings and can place orders–continuing to enjoy Stampin’ Up! discounts and benefits.

If, at the end of the pending month, a demonstrator has not met the $300 sales minimum from the previous quarter, they will drop as a demonstrator (with no penalty).  See Minimum Sales Requirement Policy in the Demonstrator Policies Manual for more information.

 

Stampin’ Up! quarters are January – March, April – June, July – September and October – December.  Pending months follow each quarter.

Am I in pending?

You can find your demonstrator status under “My Quick Stats” on the bottom right of the demonstrator home page (see screen shot below).  If in pending, the amount needed to regain active status by the end of the pending month will be listed.  When in doubt on your status or sales needed, please call demonstrator support 1-800-STAMPUP.

What are MY options?

●  REGAIN ACTIVE STATUS.  Obtain customer orders and/or place a demonstrator order in the amount of your pending sales needed by October 31.   This will put you back in active demonstrator status through December 31. 

●  REQUEST A ONE-TIME STATUS EXCEPTION. As soon as you officially drop (the first of next month), you have the option to email [email protected] or call 1-800-STAMPUP (Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Support) and ask for an extension based on financial or other hardship . . . SU grants almost 100% of these.  If you email, please be sure to add the words ‘Status Exception’ to the subject line. You will be notified of Stampin’ Up!’s decision within a few days.

●  START FRESH.  You can drop (or resign) and re-join through me with no wait. NOTE:  If you choose the option to drop and rejoin, you will be starting out as a new Demonstrator by purchasing a new starter kit and will lose your title, cumulative sales totals and recruits.  TIP:  Be sure to download any customer information before you drop.
