You and your customers can do an exchange once orders arrive, as long as the product is unopened and unused. For the exchange, you will want to complete an Exchange Form (click the link to download and print). Provide your customer your demonstrator ID, they will need this on the form. You or your customer will pay the shipping on the package to Stampin’ Up! and Stampin’ Up! will pay to ship the desired items back to you.
