THIS WEEK’S TIP: Make Sure We Have Your Correct Email Address
We’ve noticed that there are several of you who either don’t have an email address on file with us or you have an incorrect email address on file. When this happens, you don’t receive any of the emails we send you, including order confirmations.
We want to make sure you don’t miss out on any important news, so please make sure that we have your correct email address. To do so, follow these steps:
- 1. Log in to the demonstrator website.
- 2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner to access the dropdown menu.
- 3. Click on My Profile and a page will come up with your personal information.
- 4. Check that your email is shown on that page and that it’s correct. If you need to add it or make a change, update it and then click Save.
