THIS WEEK’S TIP: Catalog Mailing Progam
A link to the Mailing Selector displays as a box at the bottom of the page. Mailing Selector accesses the customer information you enter when you submit orders. For this reason, it’s important to enter complete customer information. With Mailing Selector, you have direct access to your own portion of the customer database, which makes it easy to custom-design your own catalog mailing list.

q & a
Demonstrators are supposed to distribute as many catalogs as possible, but that can get expensive. Can I pass the cost of catalogs on to my customers?
We rely on demonstrators to make decisions that are best for their individual businesses. While we believe that the cost of the catalog is usually made up by the customers’ orders, it is up to you to decide whether or not to pass the cost of the catalogs on to your customers.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay for catalogs by check or money order? Can I use my spouse’s/mother’s/friend’s credit card to pay for my catalogs?
No. As with other online orders, you must pay with a credit card or EFT. You must be authorized to sign on the credit card you use. You can use your spouse’s card only if it is a joint account or if you are an authorized signer on the card account.
What if I have a customer who is also the customer of another demonstrator? Are you going to prevent duplication?
No. If you both have the same customer in your list, and you both select that customer to receive a catalog, the customer will receive two catalogs.
Will Stampin’ Up! replace or credit me for the lost or destroyed catalogs?
No. Stampin’ Up! has no control over the catalogs once they are delivered to the post office. We guarantee that they are printed and mailed as agreed, but cannot take responsibility for the timely delivery of the mail (or the lack thereof).
